GoalTickets Help Center

How Are My Tickets Delivered?

GoalTickets delivers tickets electronically before your event. Most orders arrive as mobile tickets or a secure digital transfer linked to the email address you used at checkout, so there is nothing to print or collect at the venue. The exact method and timing depend on the event, because each organizer controls its own ticketing system.

Delivery by event

Here is how delivery works for the major events we sell. If your event is not listed, the standard method is electronic delivery before the event date.

Event Delivery method When
French Open Mobile ticket in the official Roland-Garros app Before the event
Wimbledon (debenture seats) Digital delivery, nothing to collect on site Before the event
LA 2028 Summer Games Electronic delivery 3 to 4 weeks before the event
Rugby World Cup 2027 Electronic delivery Before the event
Concerts Mobile or electronic transfer Before the event

French Open: the Roland-Garros app

All French Open tickets are delivered through the official Roland-Garros app for iOS and Android. After purchase you receive an email confirmation, download the app, and your mobile tickets appear there before the tournament. At the gates you scan the QR code on your phone. Print-at-home is not available for the French Open, so we recommend taking a screenshot of your ticket as a backup.

Wimbledon: digital debenture tickets

Wimbledon debenture tickets are the only Wimbledon tickets that may legally be resold, and they are delivered digitally before the event. There is nothing to pick up at the grounds. Your reserved Centre Court or No.1 Court seat also includes access to the debenture holders' lounges, bars and restaurants on the day of your ticket.

LA 2028, Rugby World Cup 2027 and concerts

LA 2028 Summer Games tickets are delivered electronically 3 to 4 weeks before your event, in line with how the organizer releases inventory to ticket holders. Rugby World Cup 2027 tickets are delivered electronically before the tournament, following the organizer's official transfer process. Concert tickets, including our Paris shows, are delivered as mobile or electronic transfers linked to your email address before the event.

What to do if your tickets have not arrived

Electronic tickets are often released close to the event date because organizers activate transfers on their own schedule. If your event is less than 72 hours away and you have not received anything, contact us at sales@goaltickets.com or call (562) 682-9403. Non-delivery is covered by our guarantee, explained in Refunds, Cancellations and the 100% Guarantee. You can also browse other common questions in the Help Center.
