How can we pay for large orders?
For larger orders we send an invoice in your company's name that you can pay by wire transfer or ACH. Smaller orders can be paid by card. Unless we agree other terms in writing, payment is due before tickets are transferred.
Can invoices show our company name, PO number and attendee names?
Yes. Invoices are issued in your company's name and can include your purchase order number and the names of the people attending.
What does the 100% guarantee cover?
Every ticket we sell is 100% authentic and will grant entry to the event, and non-delivery is covered by a money-back guarantee. If an event is cancelled and not postponed or rescheduled, the amount paid for the tickets is refunded. Full terms are on our refunds and guarantee page.
Who is responsible for our clients' tickets and information?
Your business is the buyer of record. You give your clients accurate event information and the event's ticket conditions, send us attendee names when an event requires them, and follow the ticket resale and consumer rules that apply where you sell.
