Payment, Currencies and Fees
The price you see on GoalTickets is the price you pay. No service fee, booking fee or delivery fee is added at checkout. Prices are shown per person, all sales are processed in US dollars, and checkout runs on secure, encrypted payment processing. That is the whole model: one all-in price, visible before you click anything.
The final price promise
Many ticket marketplaces show a low price on the listing and add fees on the payment page. GoalTickets does the opposite. What you see is what you pay, with no fee at checkout, and this applies across every event we sell, from French Open tickets to Wimbledon debentures and the LA 2028 Summer Games. As a secondary marketplace, our prices are set by market supply and demand, so they are typically above face value, but the number on the product page already includes everything.
Currencies and payment methods
All sales are in US dollars. If your card is issued in another currency, your bank converts the charge at its own exchange rate, which may add a small conversion margin on their side, not ours. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and bank check cards carrying the Visa logo.
Secure checkout
Checkout is processed over an encrypted connection through our e-commerce platform's payment infrastructure. We may hold an order briefly for fraud review before releasing tickets, which protects both buyers and sellers. If a review delays your delivery, it happens well before the event and you will be contacted if we need anything from you.
Refunds, cancellations and postponements
Once a ticket request is submitted, orders cannot be cancelled or exchanged, so check your event, session date and quantity carefully before paying. If an event is officially cancelled and not rescheduled, you are entitled to a full refund, with unused tickets returned within ten business days after the official cancellation where physical tickets were issued. Postponed events are not refunded, since your tickets remain valid for the rescheduled date. The full policy is in our Terms of Service.
What is included in the price
