Frequently Asked Questions
Common questions from our customers. Still need help? Contact our support team.
How to get tickets to the French Open 2027?
There are four ways: the official ballot (expected to open in late 2026 on the Roland-Garros ticketing site), the official general sale (expected in March 2027; the most popular sessions sell out quickly), an independent resale marketplace such as GoalTickets (tickets available now, covered by our guarantee; prices can be above face value), or a hospitality package. See French Open 2027 tickets or read how to buy French Open tickets.
When is the French Open 2027?
French Open 2027 runs May 23 - June 6, 2027 at Roland Garros, Paris. Quarter-Finals: June 1-2, Semi-Finals: June 3-4, Women's Final: June 5, Men's Final: June 6. View full schedule
What are the best seats at Philippe Chatrier?
Category Gold (rows 1-9) offers premium lower-level seating. For best value, Category 1 (rows 10-21) provides excellent views. Our VIP Box Seats, within the first 8 rows from the court, include Club des Loges access at half the price of official hospitality. Seating guide | VIP packages
Are your tickets guaranteed authentic?
100% guaranteed. Every ticket is verified and delivered through official mobile apps (Roland Garros app, FIFA platform). Over 1 million tickets sold since 2011. Full refund if any issue occurs. Our guarantee
Why buy from GoalTickets instead of official sites?
No ballot and no queue: GoalTickets lists tickets for specific sessions now, with seating advice, immediate order confirmation and our guarantee. We are an independent resale marketplace, not the official ticket office, so prices can be above face value.
Is it safe to buy French Open tickets on the resale market?
Yes — GoalTickets is an independent resale marketplace (prices can be above face value), and every Roland-Garros ticket we sell is 100% guaranteed. We transfer tickets digitally through the official Roland-Garros app. Every order includes a full refund guarantee if there's ever an issue with entry. Over 1 million tickets sold since 2011.
